The Hungarian Horse bow also known as the Magyar has slightly less bent limbs compared to the Mongolian bow. This slight curve combined with the string not touching the Syahs make the bow smoother to shoot then the others in this range only loosing a little amount of power.
This?allows?the archer to have less bow and string shock reverberating through their arm making the shot more?consistent?and smooth on horse back and standing.
The stiff tips (syhas) are?made of ash wood and Strike Plates to protect the leather when shooting the arrows making the bows beautifully decorated and visually pleasing. These?bows are not restricted by an arrow rest, allowing the flexibility to shoot right and left-handed, Western or Eastern style.
